Our Garden Rooms offer an eclectic mix of buildings to meet the varying needs of our clients and sometimes combining several designs in one.
Whether you are looking for an additional children's playroom, a teenagers 'den', a garden studio or summerhouse, or a quiet retreat for yourself, then our Garden Rooms are ideal and can be altered to meet the varying needs of your family.

Wall Construction
Walls are built with 100mm x 50mm (4” x 2”) timber framing at 600mm (24”) centres.
Wall Cladding
Selected high quality 19mm Shiplap (16mm finished size), pressure treated for a long maintenance-free life. Weatherboard and Loglap are available as options. All boarding is fixed with rust-resisting nails.
Wall Lining
Reinforced moisture resistant, bitumen-impregnated lining paper to BS 1521 (120gsm) grade is placed between the studwork and cladding. Various internal wall linings and Rockwool insulation are available on request.
Roof Construction
Purlins are 125mm x 50mm (5" x 2") held in place by joist holders on prefabricated trusses. Roofs are then boarded with 18mm Plyboard and covered with 38kg green mineral felt. Options include Onduline roof sheeting, cedar shingles or felt tiles.
Double French single paned doors complete with frame and 14mm double glazing are included. Doors are outward opening. We can also offer a range of hardwood and softwood door options.
windows
Are not included, but a range of single and double glazed windows are available as options.
Height
To eaves, 2235mm (7'4") including the floor or brickcourse; we are able to increase this should you require. The overall height of the building will vary upon the width of the building; please enquire.
Guttering
Black 100mm (4”) half round guttering and down pipes are fitted to the front and rear of the building.
Barge Boards
All pressure impregnated, prepared timber, fixed with rust-resisting nails.
Floors
Are available as an option.
Timber Treatment
All timber is pressure treated (excluding roof purlins). Joinery grade casement doors and windows will require painting or staining after installation.
soffits and fascias
Pressure treated soffits and fascia measuring 150mm x 25mm (6" x 1") are included as standard.
