- Ex 100mm x 50mm pressure treated timber framework
- 16mm x 125mm Shiplap or 22mm x 125mm Weatherboard exterior cladding (finished size)
- Straight ridged roof fitted with specialist roof trusses, pitched at 25º, spaced at 600mm centres
- 18mm Ply boarded roof covered with felt tiles (choice of four colours)
- 150mm overhangs, soffits and fascias
- Guttering to front and rear
- Carriage Houses will include ex 150mm x 150mm Oak support posts, framing and curved bracing with central support post(s) sitting on a Staddle Stone
- Garages will include framed, ledged and braced side hung, timber, double doors
The specification of these buildings will go a substantial way towards meeting Building Regulations.
